Premier Corporate Massage ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, Premier Timer (the "App"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically during your use of the App.
A. Personal Information (Provided by Users)
- Therapist Account Profiles: When an administrator creates your therapist account or when you update your profile, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a profile photo. Profile photos can be captured via your device's camera or uploaded from your photo library.
- Client Session Details: During your shifts, you may create and manage sessions for clients. We collect client names, phone numbers, seat numbers, table numbers, and notes/preferences related to their massage sessions.
- Authentication Credentials: We collect and process security credentials (passwords, auth tokens) to authorize your access to the App.
B. Device and Location Information (Collected Automatically)
- Real-time Geolocation Data: With your permission, the App tracks and logs your device's geographical location (latitude, longitude, and accuracy coordinates) during active therapist shifts. This data is collected to facilitate coordinate tracking, location-based shift management, and mapping features.
- Device State & Usage: We may collect general device identifier tokens and local session caching via Async Storage to keep you securely signed into your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following business purposes:
- Service Provision: To authenticate therapist accounts, maintain active login sessions, run session timers, and track massage histories.
- Operations & Shift Management: To log shift starts/ends, calculate shift durations, and track therapist locations during shifts.
- Communication: To send shift logs or customer updates.
- Security & Monitoring: To track admin activity logs and access history logs to protect our services and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Data Storage, Processing, and Security
All App data is securely processed and stored using Supabase cloud services (our secure backend database processor). Local database states and user session details are cached securely on your mobile device using encrypted storage handlers.
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. User Rights and Account Deletion
We respect your rights regarding your personal information:
- Account Deactivation & Deletion: Therapists can deactivate/delete their profile directly from the App at any time. This option is available in the profile settings under the "Sign Out / Delete Account" button. Initiating account deletion will flag your profile as deleted (
is_deleted = true) and change your status to inactive.
- Full Data Erasure: To request complete, permanent erasure of all personal data (including therapist profiles, historical logs, or client details), please contact our privacy administrator at kelly@gamingmassage.com.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services to provide vital application logic:
- Supabase: For database, secure user authentication, and storage services.
- Google Maps / Apple Maps API: To display location logs and coordinates on the shift maps.
These third parties may access your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
